Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has crossed the Rs 10-crore mark in domestic advance bookings within 48 hours of bookings opening, with trade trackers projecting a net opening of more than Rs 40 crore, according to box-office tracker Sacnilk.

The first two show dates together have sold advance tickets worth Rs 11.23 crore, including Rs 7.26 crore for Day 1 on Friday, October 2, Sacnilk's live tracker showed on Monday evening. The figure stands at Rs 7.09 crore when block seats are excluded. The film has been booked across 7,103 shows at 971 cinemas in 272 cities, with the National Capital Region leading at Rs 1.80 crore.

Separately, entertainment portal Herzindagi, citing Sacnilk data, reported advance gross of about Rs 8.37 crore with roughly 2.09 lakh tickets sold across India, underscoring how fast the numbers have moved since bookings opened.

Holiday release advantage

The film releases on October 2, a national holiday, and Saturday, October 3, is also filling up, with the film already grossing Rs 2.86 crore from 73,226 tickets for that day alone, per the same tracking data. Seven shows are already sold out in the national multiplex chains.

Franchise power

Drishyam 3 is the final chapter of one of Bollywood's most trusted franchises. Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar, with Abhishek Pathak directing. The first film (2015) built a massive cult following through word of mouth, while Drishyam 2 (2022) became a monumental post-pandemic blockbuster, netting over Rs 250 crore in India.
