Ajay Devgn's Drishyam: The Conclusion has closed its opening weekend as one of the biggest Hindi openers of 2026, with trade trackers placing its three-day India net collection at roughly Rs 168–177 crore and its worldwide gross near Rs 270 crore.
A record-setting first weekend
The film, the third and final chapter of the Hindi Drishyam franchise directed by Abhishek Pathak, released in theatres on October 2. It stars Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar alongside Tabu, Jaideep Ahlawat, Shriya Saran, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta and Mrunal Jadhav.
Tracking figures differ slightly across trade sources. According to Sacnilk, the film collected a net of Rs 61 crore in India on its third day, up about 14 per cent from the second day, taking its India net total to Rs 176.50 crore and its worldwide gross to Rs 272.80 crore. Box Office Worldwide reported a three-day India nett of about Rs 174 crore and a worldwide gross of Rs 270 crore, while Bollywood Hungama's live tracker put the opening-weekend India total at Rs 167.95 crore.
The film has comfortably crossed the Rs 150 crore net mark in India in its first three days. It ranks as the second-biggest Hindi opener of the year, behind Dhurandhar 2, and the biggest opening of Devgn's career.
What comes next
Trade watchers say the film's weekday hold will decide how far it travels from here. Strong Monday and Tuesday numbers would confirm that the film is riding audience approval rather than franchise familiarity alone, with some trackers projecting a lifetime India collection in the Rs 450–475 crore range.
