A passing reference to Kangana Ranaut's 2013 film Queen — the story of a woman who embarks on her honeymoon by herself — prompted Kapoor to draw a parallel with his own life.
Recalling the early years of his marriage, Kapoor said in Hindi, "Sunita akele gayi thi honeymoon par, main saath mein nahi gaya tha," meaning that Sunita had gone on the honeymoon alone and he had not accompanied her. He then added an affectionate tribute: "Sunita hi meri Queen hai, aur hamesha rahegi" — "Sunita is my Queen, and always will be."
