ChronoScale Holdings Corporation said on Wednesday that it has signed new AI infrastructure agreements that, together with its existing customer contracts, put it on course for $1 billion in annualized revenue run-rate by the third quarter of calendar 2027, while completing the sale of its Ekso Bionics business unit to sharpen its focus on AI compute.

The company announced a significant expansion of an existing customer agreement and a separate agreement with a new AI infrastructure customer. The two deals extend ChronoScale's contracted deployment pipeline and expand its overall capacity. The company said these commitments reflect its strategy of building long-term relationships with AI infrastructure customers and scaling capacity in step with their growing compute requirements.

The $1 billion figure is an annualized run-rate — an operating metric the company defines as quarterly revenue recognized under contracts multiplied by four — rather than a revenue forecast for a specific reporting period. ChronoScale cautioned that achieving it depends on risks including the timely deployment and commissioning of planned infrastructure capacity, availability of power and equipment, and access to capital on acceptable terms.

"We view the expansion of this existing customer relationship and the onboarding of the new customer as an important validation of both the demand we are seeing and our ability to grow alongside our customers," said Cenly Chen, chief executive officer of ChronoScale. "Our focus is on disciplined execution and delivering the infrastructure our customers need at scale."

Separately, ChronoScale completed the previously disclosed sale of its Ekso Bionics business unit. The company said the divestiture would let it concentrate operations, management resources and capital allocation on its core accelerated compute and AI infrastructure business. Chen said the sale was intended to sharpen the company's focus on what it sees as a significant opportunity in AI infrastructure.

ChronoScale was formed through the strategic combination of Applied Digital's cloud business and EKSO Bionics Holdings, and now operates as an independent public company listed on Nasdaq under the ticker CHRN. It describes its platform as dedicated, GPU-based infrastructure optimized for AI training, inference and high-performance computing.
