India's primary market is heading into its busiest stretch of the year. Twenty IPOs are set to open for subscription between September 28 and October 5, 2026, together looking to raise around Rs 1,292 crore, according to The Economic Times.
The line-up includes four mainboard issues — SRIT India, Vishal Nirmiti, Nityas Gems & Jewellery and Shah Investor's Home — which plan to raise a combined Rs 595 crore, alongside 16 SME issues targeting about Rs 697.20 crore.
The four mainboard issues

The IPO opens on September 28 and closes September 30, with a price band of Rs 123–130 per share. The lot size is 115 shares, making the minimum retail investment Rs 14,950, and the shares are expected to list on the NSE and BSE on October 6.
Shah Investor's Home, a retail broking firm, is floating a Rs 90.17 crore fresh issue of 53.99 lakh shares between September 28 and 30. Its price band is Rs 159–167, with a lot size of 85 shares and a minimum retail outlay of Rs 14,195.
